Software Use Grant. This section 2.a applies to Software only. Palo Alto Networks grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Software: i. in accordance with published specifications for the Product; ii. solely for your internal use, unless agreed otherwise in a separate written contract with Palo Alto Networks; and iii. through your third-party contractor providing IT services solely for your benefit, subject to their compliance with this EULA. All other rights in the Software are expressly reserved by Palo Alto Networks.
