SOFTWARE Transfers. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE. You may permanently transfer all of Your rights under the XXXX, provided that You retain no copies, that You transfer all the SOFTWARE (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any updates, upgrades, this XXXX and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and that the transferee agrees to be bound by the terms of this XXXX.
