SOFTWARE/SAAS PERFORMANCE Sample Clauses

SOFTWARE/SAAS PERFORMANCE. We warrant that during the Warranty Period the Software or SaaS will, when used in accordance with the Documentation, operate in all material respects in accordance with the Documentation and Specification (where applicable). We will obtain and at all times during the term of the Agreement maintain all necessary licences and consents, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the Software or SaaS. For the avoidance of doubt, We do not warrant that the operation of the Software or SaaS will be uninterrupted or error free.
