Common use of Software Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Software Restrictions. Participant will not copy or redistribute any item of Software except as specifically permitted in this Agreement as part of a Product. Participant agrees that it will not redistribute Software received from any source other than Elo or an Authorized Source. Participant will not translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or any Product, and will transfer to each End User to which Participant resells Products all end-user license terms and end-user documentation provided by Elo and accompanying such Products.
