Software Removal Sample Clauses
The Software Removal clause defines the process and obligations for uninstalling or deleting software from a user's systems. Typically, this clause specifies when and how the software must be removed, such as upon termination of a license agreement or at the end of a subscription period, and may require the user to certify that all copies have been deleted. Its core function is to ensure that the software provider's intellectual property is protected by preventing unauthorized use after the agreement ends.
