SOFTWARE PROVIDED AS IS. The conversion software is provided as is and without warranty as to its features, functionality, performance or integrity except as stated in the remainder of this paragraph. If a Fortran feature that is explicitly stated as something that is handled by the conversion process and the feature is not handled properly in an unmodified version of this conversion software, Fortran to c# conversion will make every attempt to remedy the software and provide updates free of charge. If Fortran to c# conversion is unable to fix the issue, the User has the option of receiving a full refund of the product, but in order to receive the refund the user must remove the conversion product and copies of all the converted code output from this software. The User may keep any portions of code copied and used for purposes other than to convert source code from one programming language to another programming language.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of PNG. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to PNG for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by PNG.

  • Third Party Software The Software may contain third party software which requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions.
