Common use of Software Package; Software License Agreement Clause in Contracts

Subject to Exhibit A, -------------------------------------------- Distributor shall ensure that each copy of Software distributed by or through Distributor to Customers shall include all components of such Software as prepackaged by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, including, without limitation, (i) diskettes or other media bearing labels, (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s end user manuals and Documentation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s Software License Agreement, and (iii) at the option of ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, advertising and promotional materials supplied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. The parties to each Software License Agreement shall be ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and the Customer. The terms of the Software License Agreement shall be subject to change by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, at its sole discretion, upon reasonable notice to Distributor. ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall have the right to add to or discontinue any or all Software, but only upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Distributor.
