Software Information Network. Vendor shall provide BTE notice of all errors known to Vendor promptly upon discovery by Vendor. BTE shall have on-line access to Vendor’s Product information network, if any, for on-line Product information and questions. Vendor shall provide to BTE a telephone number for purposes of accessing Vendor’s Product information network. BTE shall not be charged an access fee to such network, but BTE shall be responsible for any connect-time charges to the public telecommunications carrier.
