SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT. The Contractor shall provide software engineering management in support of trainer products. This shall include planning the development and release of trainer systems; documenting trainer systems; designing and implementing automated requirements-tracking and trouble-tracking capabilities; and planning future interfaces with external systems. The Contractor shall utilize task-tracking software (currently Jira and Confluence, subject to change) for proper documentation and tracking of requirements, development tasks, software and system corrections, and installation of systems.
