Software Changes. The National Business Network Ltd may from time to time push software updates and patches directly to Customer’s device(s) for installation and Customer will not prevent The National Business Network Ltd from doing so. Customer must implement promptly all fixes, updates, upgrades and replacements of software and third-party software that may be provided by The National Business Network Ltd. The National Business Network Ltd will not be liable for inoperability of the Services or any other Services failures due to failure of Customer to timely implement the required changes.
