Software Change Documentation. Prior to the deployment of any software or configuration change to the production portal, Synacor will provide Charter a written summary (i.e., release notes) of the software change itemizing:
(i) all Client-related software changes that affect the user experience or the integration with Client included in a patch or functional release;
(ii) all fixes for previously identified defects included in the release;
(iii) all new functional enhancements included in the release; and
(iv) a summary of any quick “smoke tests” that Synacor is performing on the updated system to confirm the presence of bug fixes or new functions. Synacor System Security Policy (“Security”)
