Common use of Software Application Clause in Contracts

Software Application. The Remote Deposit Service includes the Software Application(“Application”). The Application resides on servers located at the Credit Union’s service provider, and is made available to Credit Union members by means of the Internet. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-assignable right and license to have access to, and use of, the Application in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon our acceptance of this Agreement, we will provide you with login access to the Application. The Application may be used solely in connection with the Remote Deposit Service and may not be used by you for any other reason. You may not grant any sublicenses to the Application. You agree that you will not(i)modify, change, alter, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the technology or Application, (ii) copy or reproduce all or any part of the technology or Application, or
