Software Application. 17.1 In the event that the Licensor shall go into liquidation other than a voluntary liquidation for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation, the Licensor shall, in so far as it is permitted in law to do so, provide to the Licensee, at no additional charge, a copy of the Software licensed in perpetuity together with all necessary documentation with a copy of the Licensee’s current database.
