Software and Computer Services Sample Clauses

Software and Computer Services. If the Scope of Services includes the provision and/or installation of any software, computer system, or other computer technology, Consultant represents and warrants that it is familiar with and/or has inspected City’s current infrastructure, equipment, computer system and software and that the software, computer system, or other computer technology provided and/or installed by Consultant under this Agreement is compatible, and shall be fully functional, with such infrastructure, equipment, computer system and software of City. Consultant acknowledges that City is relying on this representation by Consultant as a material consideration in entering into this Agreement.
