SOFTWARE ACCESS RIGHT. During the term, and subject to the limitations set forth herein, Fidelity grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, and non-assignable right to access the Software located on Fidelity’s Secure Server for the purpose of receiving the services and offering the System for use by End Users. Fidelity reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer has no right to possess the Software or any copies thereof in any form.
