Social Work Services. Salaries for Social Work services shall be for the reasonable social work activities provided as defined in Section 11-400s (4) of the California Department of Social Services Manual of Policies and Procedures (MPP). In the event COUNTY discovers an Excess Salary or Excess Compensation, or Excess Benefits payment was made to CONTRACTOR which can be defined as a collectable Overpayment, CONTRACTOR may avail of the informal and formal hearing procedures provided for in MPP 45-306. Once due process has expired, or administrative remedies are exhausted in favor of COUNTY, COUNTY may seek additional recourse for collection in compliance with MPP 45-304 through 45-306, inclusive, including interest and other remedies as set forth in the CONTRACT, by and between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR.
