Social Media Account Transfer. Seller shall at or within five days after the Closing, provide to Buyer all user names, passwords, login information and any other information reasonably required for Buyer or one of the Acquired Companies to access and control each of the Social Media Accounts set forth on Section 3.11(a)(ii) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, and shall, during the 30 days following the Closing, take all further actions reasonably requested by Buyer that are necessary for the transfer of control of such Social Media Accounts, if any.
