Common use of SOCCER COMPLEX Clause in Contracts

SOCCER COMPLEX. The parties understand that because the Complex was financed with proceeds of governmental tax-exempt bonds of the City, the City is unable to enter into long-term agreements with any private party for the use of the soccer fields, and that the City cannot make any binding commitments concerning Tenant’s use of the soccer fields.
