SoCalGas Commitments. On or before commencement of construction, SoCalGas shall have accepted payment by Interconnector of the total estimated expenditures/investments related to the interconnection of Interconnector’s Facilities to SoCalGas’ Facilities as set forth in Section 3 (c) and/or Exhibit D herein.
