SNSA. SNTG Undertakings Letter SOSA will have requested in writing a letter from ▇▇▇▇ and SNTG on behalf of each shipowning entity that is a Subsidiary of SNSA or SNTG, but not of SOSA confirming that the representations contained in Clauses 7.17, 7.18 and 7.19 are true and correct and undertaking that each such Subsidiary will comply with all covenants and undertakings provided for in Clauses 15.1.1, 15.1.2, 15.1.3, 15.2.1 and 15.2.2 and in Schedule 14, as if each such Subsidiary were a party to this Agreement.
