SNF services Clause Samples
The SNF Services clause defines the scope and nature of services to be provided by a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the agreement. It typically outlines the types of care, such as medical, rehabilitative, and personal care services, that the SNF is responsible for delivering to residents or patients. This clause may also specify standards of care, staffing requirements, and any limitations or exclusions regarding the services offered. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the obligations of the SNF, ensuring both parties understand what services are included and helping to prevent disputes over service expectations.
