Common use of SNDAs Clause in Contracts

SNDAs. Upon the written request of Purchaser, each Seller agrees to forward, at no cost to such Seller and solely as an accommodation to Purchaser, Purchaser’s lender’s form of Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement (if any) to each Tenant. It is expressly understood and agreed that the receipt of one or more Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreements in any form executed by Tenants shall not be a condition to Purchaser’s obligation to proceed with the Closing under this Agreement.
