SNC Quality Assurance Program. For certain Contractor-Managed Subcontracts, subcontractors may perform Work pursuant to the applicable SNC quality assurance program. SNC’s quality assurance program has been accepted by the NRC (“SNC Quality Assurance Program”). As delegated through the SNC Quality Assurance Program, Contractor may perform certain Work associated with Quality Assurance for those Contractor-Managed Subcontracts. After completion of the Subcontract Scope Alignment Process, Contractor and Owners will meet and determine which Contractor-Managed Subcontracts shall retain such requirements for compliance with the SNC Quality Assurance Program.
