SMI. (Lot Groups 1 to 4) 4.2.1. If required by a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall provide SMI in accordance with Call Off Schedule 9 (SMR and SMI). In the case of any additional and/or alternative SMI requirements of the Contracting Body, the provisions relating to SMI shall apply as stipulated by the Customer in a Further Competition Procedure.
