Smart Management. Certain versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux include Smart Management with an optional feature that allows you to upload your content for deployment on your edge devices. By using this Smart Management feature, you agree: (a) to provide Red Hat with the rights required to host and, at your direction, deploy the content to your edge devices, (b) that you are entirely responsible for owning, acquiring and maintaining such rights and (c) any and all deployments are to your or your affiliates edge devices and not to any third party devices.

  • AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT A. Contractor may change Project Manager but the Energy Commission reserves the right to approve any substitution of the Project Manager.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor.
