Common use of Smart Contract Clause in Contracts

Smart Contract. This Agreement is entered into through a Ricardian Mint. Any amendments to this Agreement shall only be valid if made with a Confirmed Transaction with the `setURI()` function of the Ricardian Smart Contract and as otherwise permitted under this Agreement and the Master LLC Agreement. Any signature or execution made through the use of private keys on Ethereum for any matters relating to the Master LLC or a Series LLC, including, but not limited to, a Ricardian Mint or Ricardian Revocation, shall be valid, as if signed in writing.

Any amendments to this Agreement shall only be valid if made with a Confirmed Transaction with on Ethereum and under the `setURI()` function conditions of the Ricardian Smart Contract and as otherwise permitted under this Agreement and the Master LLC Agreement. Any signature or execution made through the use of private keys on Ethereum for any matters relating to the Master LLC or a Series LLCSeries, including, but not limited to, a Ricardian Mint or Ricardian Revocation, shall be valid, as if signed in writing.
