Priority of work should be dependent upon the Risk associated with the individual trees. These trees are small-growing, mature trees that can be evaluated and pruned from the ground.

  • TREE TRIMMING 16.1 Customer Agreements to provide Customer is responsible for tree trimming: Subject to any written agreement between a Customer and the Distributor, and any statutory provision, the Trader must ensure that each of its Customer Agreements provides that the Customer must comply with its obligations under the Electricity (Hazards from Trees) Regulations 2003 in respect of any trees that the Customer has an interest in that are near any line that forms part of the Network.

  • Anti-Layering The Company shall not incur, create, issue, assume, guarantee or otherwise become liable for any Indebtedness that is both (a) subordinate or junior in right of payment to any Senior Debt and (b) senior in any respect in right of payment to the Notes. No Subsidiary Guarantor shall incur, create, issue, assume, guarantee or otherwise become liable for any Indebtedness that is both (a) subordinate or junior in right of payment to its Senior Debt and (b) senior in right of the Section 4.9 hereof.

  • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • Prohibition of City Funding for Purchase of Single Serving Bottled Water The City’s policy is that City funds should not be used for the purchase of single-serving bottled water except for any of the following: • Public safety emergencies, investigations and extended deployments or activation of the Office of Emergency Services; • Situations where there is a high risk of cross-contamination with non-potable water; or • Situations where there are no reasonable alternatives to bottled water, such as large public events and when large quantities of water need to be distributed for health and safety reasons. An invoice seeking reimbursement from City for the cost of single-serving bottled water under one of the above exceptions must be accompanied by a waiver form provided by the City and signed by the Director.
