Small Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer's device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request. The Small Generating Facility shall be no larger than 20 MW, and shall not include the Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities. Tariff – The Transmission Provider or Affected System's Tariff through which open access transmission service and Interconnection Service are offered, as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Transmission Owner – The entity that owns, leases or otherwise possesses an interest in the portion of the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection and may be a Party to the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement to the extent necessary.
