Common use of Small Diverse Business or Small Business Commitment Clause in Contracts

Small Diverse Business or Small Business Commitment. The above-referenced Services represent __ % of the total gross revenue for the initial term of the Prime Contract. For purposes of this agreement, total gross revenue includes the total payment amount stipulated in the Site Occupancy Agreements and any other form of compensation generated by the use of the Assets, including but not limited to discounts, rebates, bonuses, xxxx backs and credits, as those terms are defined in the Prime Contract. Any proposed change to the Small Diverse Business or Small Business Commitment must be submitted in writing to the Bureau which will make a recommendation to the Commonwealth Contracting Officer regarding a course of action.
