SLOs Clause Samples
The SLOs (Service Level Objectives) clause defines the specific performance standards or benchmarks that a service provider is expected to meet under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines measurable criteria such as uptime percentages, response times, or resolution times for support requests, and may include methods for monitoring and reporting compliance. Its core practical function is to set clear, objective expectations for service quality, thereby reducing ambiguity and providing a basis for accountability and potential remedies if standards are not met.
SLOs. The SLO’s will be developed and shared with the evaluator on or before October 1st. A SLO must be based upon the following criteria: baseline and trend data, student population, interval of instruction, standards and content, assessment(s), growth targets, and rationale for growth targets. In the calculation for student academic growth, a student who has forty-five (45) or more excused and/or unexcused absences for the school year will not be included.
SLOs. The SLO will be developed and shared with the SLO Committee by October 1. The SLO Committee will complete its review of the SLO by October 31. Each SLO should include a hands-on assessment measure. The duration for measuring progress under an SLO will be at least one grading period. A pre- and post-assessment will be submitted to the supervisor. Results of the pre- and post-assessments will be retained by the teacher and submitted to the Principal at the end of the school year.
SLOs. SLO percentage represents the percent of students who score at or above proficient on each assessment. Each assessment is assigned a rating (4, 3.5, 3, etc.) based on student performance and the average rating is calculated. Proficient scores are agreed upon with administrator. State: 85% proficiency or 4% points or more above the 3 year average MAP: 95%+ SLO: 85%+
SLOs. All SLOs shall adhere to the standards and procedures established by the Evaluation Committee. The SLO shall serve as the certified/licensed staff member’s Student Growth Measure where appropriate for purposes of the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System.
SLOs. For employment decisions, the consideration of the student growth portion of the teacher evaluation must consists of a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of SGM data from the same grade level, subject matter, or age level, i.e. 2016-2017 school year.
SLOs. The following establish nonbinding objectives for the provision of certain features of the Service. The SLOs become effective when the deployment process has been completed, the device has been set to “live,” and support and management of the device have been successfully transitioned to the NOC.
