Common use of Slash Control Fire Clause in Contracts

Slash Control Fire. Any slash fire ignited by the Company which is contained within the pre- determined boundaries, or alternatively, any slash fire which has escaped such boundaries but is not considered out of control and does not require active measures as contemplated in a) and b) above.

Slash Control Fire.
