Skilled work. Skilled workers who hold the trade certificate required for their work, shall be paid as skilled workers.
Skilled work. In the event a custodian is asked to perform duties of a skilled worker, that exceeds one (1) hour daily, with prior approval of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, in cooperation with the Superintendent, the custodian shall receive the hourly rate of $19.00.
