Skilled Trades Representatives Clause Samples
The 'Skilled Trades Representatives' clause designates specific individuals or parties responsible for overseeing and coordinating skilled trades work on a project. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications required for these representatives, their authority to make decisions on behalf of their respective parties, and their role in facilitating communication between the contractor, subcontractors, and the client. By clearly identifying who is authorized to represent skilled trades, the clause helps ensure efficient project management, reduces misunderstandings, and streamlines the resolution of technical issues on site.
