Skill Test. (a) The applicant must pass the skill test in accordance with the requirements of Regulation EU No 1178/2011 as written in FCL.235, and FCL.725 and the relevant Appendix, with a Part-FCL flight examiner FE (A), who has privileges to conduct skill tests for the issue of the PPL(A) or single-pilot MEP land class rating, as applicable.
