Skill Families Sample Clauses
The 'Skill Families' clause defines and categorizes groups of related skills or competencies within a contract or agreement. It typically outlines which skills are grouped together for purposes such as staffing, training, or performance evaluation, and may specify how individuals are assigned or assessed based on these groupings. By clearly delineating skill families, this clause helps ensure that roles and responsibilities are matched appropriately to personnel capabilities, reducing ambiguity and supporting effective resource allocation.
