Skiing Clause Samples

The 'Skiing' clause defines the terms and conditions under which skiing activities are permitted or addressed within the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding safety, equipment use, and adherence to relevant rules or regulations while skiing. For example, it may specify that participants must use designated ski areas and follow all posted guidelines. The core function of this clause is to allocate risk and clarify liability related to skiing, ensuring that all parties understand their obligations and the potential risks involved.
