Sixth Shift. 7.7 An employee who is called to work on a scheduled day off shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the appropriate overtime rate provided that the provisions of the work week are fulfilled, and that the employee, except for his or her own sickness, works an extra shift in the pay week.
