SIU Foundation Awards. The parties agree that the SIU Foundation may continue to recognize the Outstanding Teacher and Outstanding Researcher, with the understanding that any monetary award that accompanies such awards shall not be part of the Faculty member’s base salary and shall be excluded from the calculation of the aggregate base salary of Faculty.
