Site Teams Clause Samples
The 'Site Teams' clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and composition of personnel assigned to work at a specific project location. It typically outlines which parties are responsible for providing staff, the qualifications required, and any site-specific rules or protocols that must be followed. For example, it may specify that only trained and authorized personnel may access certain areas or that the contractor must maintain a minimum number of workers on site. This clause ensures that all parties understand their obligations regarding staffing and site management, promoting safety, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
