Site Sanitation Sample Clauses

Site Sanitation. Permittee shall keep the exterior and interior of all vehicles, construction equipment, and tools clean and free of debris, soil and mud (including mud on tires, treads, wheel ▇▇▇▇▇ and undercarriage). Work shoes shall be kept clean by inspecting shoe soles and removing mud, debris, and soil off treads before moving to a new job site. Vehicles shall stay on established roads whenever possible.
Site Sanitation. The Contractor shall keep the site and surrounding areas affected by the Contractor's activities in performing the Work clean and free from accumulation of waste materials, trash or refuse. At the direction of the Project Manager, the Contractor will promptly clean any portion of the site that, in the opinion of the Project Manager, poses a threat to the safety of workers or public or creates an undesirable condition. If the Contractor fails to adhere to the Project Manager's direction, the City may clean up such portion of the site and charge or setoff the cost thereof to the Contractor in the next payment due, or seek immediate payment thereof on demand.
Site Sanitation a. The University shall follow all CDC and OSHA guidelines for disinfecting work sites. b. No bargaining unit employee shall be assigned duties outside their normal job description due to COVID-related needs, unless the employee voluntarily agrees to do so. In addition, for bargaining unit members accepting additional duties, the scope of work shall be defined as approved by supervisor. No bargaining unit employee will be disciplined for failure to complete their normal duties because of the time requirements for the additional duties being assigned.
