Site Plan Details. a. The relative shape, size/dimensions, setback, color, height and location of all existing and proposed structures including guy wires anchors; freestanding facilities, antenna, ground-based, below- grade, above-grade equipment; warning signs, fencing, landscaping and access restrictions. b. If overhead lines exist, the Site Plan shall illustrate how overhead lines will be relocated underground.
