Site Office for Independent Engineer and Construction Supervisor. 21.7.1 The Concessionaire shall, during the Concession Period provide and maintain a reasonably furnished site office accommodation for the representatives of Independent Engineer/ Construction Supervisor and / or ULB, at the Project Facilities. Such a site office shall have work stations including heating and cooling equipment and toilet facilities. All expenses / charges in respect of maintenance of the site office, electricity and power charges shall be borne by the Concessionaire.
