Common use of Site Assessment Plan and Report of Findings Clause in Contracts

Site Assessment Plan and Report of Findings. [Party] shall: (a) submit a Site Assessment Plan to conduct a site assessment in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 25395.94. Upon DTSC’s approval, [Party] shall implement the Site Assessment Plan. [Party] shall submit a Report of Findings containing all information required under Health and Safety Code Section 25395.94(b) and (c), and Health and Safety Code Section 25395.95; and, (b) submit a Report of Findings containing all information required under Health and Safety Code Section 25395.94(b) and (c), and Health and Safety Code Section 25395.95; or
