Common use of Site Agreements Clause in Contracts

Site Agreements. In the event any individual Site Agreement remains outstanding as of the termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Site Agreement shall remain in place through the duration of its term and any extension or renewal thereof, and the terms of this Agreement shall govern the conduct of Ent-X and 3DMC with respect to their rights and obligations under the Site Agreement, including, without limitation, the payment obligations.
