Single Viewing Device Sample Clauses

The Single Viewing Device clause restricts the use of digital content to playback on only one device at a time. In practice, this means that if a user attempts to access the same content from multiple devices simultaneously, only one device will be permitted to stream or display the content, while others may be blocked or denied access. This clause is primarily used to prevent unauthorized sharing or distribution of content, ensuring that access is limited to the intended user and helping content providers control usage and protect their intellectual property.
