Common use of Single Vehicle Roll-Over Clause in Contracts

Single Vehicle Roll-Over. (a) In the event You are involved in a Single Vehicle Rollover (see clause 33.9) that results in Loss or Damage, You acknowledge that this is a Substantial Breach and You agree that You are required to pay Apollo the cost of repairs or costs associated with a total loss including but not limited to towing, recovery, assessment fees and losses associated with Loss of Use unless You have purchased the Single Vehicle Roll Over Option and it applies.
