Single-Source Selection method or Consultants’ Qualification Selection method. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall apply the single- source selection and/or consultants’ qualification selection, in accordance with ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2007, as amended from time to time), for selecting and engaging consulting services.
