Common use of Single Series Clause in Contracts

Single Series. The 2026 Notes and the Initial 2026 Notes will constitute and form a single series of Securities (as such term is defined in the Indenture) under the Indenture.

Single Series. The 2026 2022 Notes and the Initial 2026 2022 Notes will constitute and form a single series of Securities (as such term is defined in the Indenture) under the Indenture and the 2047 Notes and the Initial 2047 Notes will constitute and form a single series of Securities (as such term is defined in the Indenture) under the Indenture.
