Single Sales Bonus. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that ------------------ you shall be entitled to receive only one Sale Bonus under this Agreement which shall become payable in connection with the first Sale of the Company occurring during the twelve-month period following the Effective Date and that in the event any additional Sale of the Company occurs during such twelve-month period or otherwise during the Term, you will not be entitled to any Sale Bonus as a consequence thereof.
