Common use of Single Project Implementation Unit Clause in Contracts

Single Project Implementation Unit. (a) The Recipient shall maintain throughout Project implementation period the Project implementation unit within the Rwanda Transport Development Agency Single Project Implementation Unit) with resources and composed of key staff, with qualifications, experience and under terms of reference acceptable to the Association as may be further detailed in the Project Implementation Manual (“PIM”). (b) The Single Project Implementation Unit shall be responsible for inter alia implementation of its Respective Part of the Project as further detailed in the PIM.
